Cathy Shore

Cathy currently works at Goldman Sachs as an Employee Relations expert for Europe and the Middle East. Prior to this, she worked as a Senior Civil Servant in Government Departments such as the Cabinet Office and the Ministry of Defence. Her career has spanned a wide range of HR disciplines and before leaving the Civil Service she held leadership roles in HR strategy and service provision. 

Cathy graduated from the University of Cambridge with an MA in Modern Languages and an MPhil. She lives in South West London with her family.
