Kirstan Butler

Kirstan became the Director of Strategic Initiatives in 2021, following time as the Head of Contracts and Business Finance. On a day to day basis she looks at business change and new projects, initiatives and developments with a particular focus on the financial and legal aspects and organisational risk management. She loves to figure out how to turn ideas into a reality.

Kirstan joined Phoenix in 2008 as a finance business partner. A chartered accountant her earlier career was in Insolvency and Structured Finance. 

She likes to spend her weekends out in the hills either with her running trainers or her family and definitely with some cake. She is also very happy when sat at a sewing machine.
