Our community models take a person-centered approach with a range of options/support for individuals at any stage of their recovery. With the person at the heart of the support, we provide them with the tools and guidance to plan their recovery and future.

Our services ensure that anyone using drugs or alcohol can access the advice and/or support they need at the earliest opportunity.

We provide services that create wide access to information and support, that overcome many of the key barriers to treatment and recovery, including stigma, concerns about confidentiality, time constraints, and difficulties accessing substance misuse services or support groups.

‘One size doesn’t fit all’ and we pride ourselves on being flexible enough to adapt our provision ensuring we offer the best possible support to everyone. Our staff is trained to adopt an approach of providing the ‘right amount’ of support in order to promote people’s ability to do as much for themselves as possible maximising their skills, coping abilities, and independence.
