Services offered/Interventions:  

Within the partnership, our Phoenix Futures team in Derbyshire offer regular one-to-one psychosocial interventions where support needs will be comprehensively assessed, and appropriate treatment options will be discussed. Personalized support plans may involve accessing a wide range of interventions from within the partnership, including:

  • Harm reduction advice and planned drug/alcohol reduction support
  • Physical Healthcare Assessment with a Nurse
  • Assisted alcohol withdrawal medications
  • Opiate substitute and relapse prevention medications
  • Detoxification and rehabilitation placements
  • Substance use specific counselling
  • Integrated family support
  • Group work sessions
  • Peer mentoring with service user reps
  • A range of recovery-focused well-being activities such as Recovery Through Nature and get fit schemes, as well as links to local recovery support services

How to Refer:

All referrals go through our single point of access hub on 01246 206514 and are welcomed from the individual themselves, professionals and concerned others, such as loved ones.
