Phoenix is a learning organisation and we’re proud to have an in-house learning management system that hosts a range of blended, bespoke learning opportunities just for Phoenix. Courses range from dedicated ED&I learning opportunities such as Anti-Racism training and LGBTQ+ training, as well as courses such as Violence Against Women and Girls, Therapeutic Community training, Trauma Informed Care and more.
