In order to meet the recovery needs of the individuals we support safely and effectively; we use a comprehensive person-centred assessment and management plan. With the consent and involvement of the referred individual, we will assess their individual health, communication, mobility and safeguarding needs.
We are currently accepting referrals from anyone committed to achieving abstinence, including those who are reducing on maintenance scripts and those completing community detoxes.
Our programmes are delivered in English and whilst we aim to provide translated and accessible programme materials, a basic understanding of English is required.
We aim to make our programme, communication and environment as inclusive as possible so please get in touch if you have any questions about accessing our services.
Be Aware of Rehab Brokers:
When seeking a rehab placement you may come across ‘Rehab Brokers’. These are intermediaries who often advertise online and claim to offer support and guidance to access residential treatment. They make money by receiving a fee from providers to refer to them. Phoenix does not use brokers and encourages people to speak directly to their community or local residential treatment providers to avoid unnecessary costs for people using services and for providers themselves.
